About the founder
Damian Perregrini
With more than 30 years of customer-service experience across industries, Damian has built his career around people, communication, problem-solving and a high standard of service.
He has worked in the residential property industry for more than 11 years, beginning in Concierge services before progressing into Residential Building Management, where he has almost seven years of experience.
His high-rise residential experience in Sydney’s CBD has developed practical knowledge across resident relations, contractors, day-to-day operations and stakeholder communication.
Onyx is the expression of that experience: direct involvement, personal accountability and long-term professional relationships.
